Very sudden loss of sensation and libido

I (24F) usually am aroused most of the time, I masturbate regularly with just my hand. I used a vibrator (hitachi) for the first time thinking it would be fun. It took a while to feel good, I managed to orgasm (it was just not very strong) and then I was just numb. I figured it wasn't a big deal but my libido + my normal vulva sensation hasn't returned and this was now 5 days ago. This is making me crazy anxious and sad. Does anyone else have a similar experience or advice about getting back to my normal arousal level?
