Will she show up?

So, I met this girl on Facebook some months ago and it was amazing. We really felt close and she was always so sweet, but unfortunately we live in two separate countries and we couldn't meet because of COVID. After a couple if months things started settling down, as it's normal for it to be, but she also started being "contradictory" in her behaviour, sometimes extremely sweet and sometimes just stone cold.

Now we can finally meet, in a few days. I will be studying in her city for the following 6 months.

She says she finally wants to go on a date but she doesn't sound convinced at all. When I told her to meet me the first day I arrive she said "I suggest you first walk through the city alone... if you have to live here is better to have a first impression for yourself, we'll meet later" and then she told me she might even still be at her parents' when I arrive and she doesn't exactly know when she'll be back. I just have the feeling she won't show up at all, which is nonsense after what we've been through together... I mean at least a date won't hurt... but I feel like she will just bail it.

What do you think? Why would she give up all of this? Does it make sense or is it only my anxiety?
