Bleeding after anal masturbation

Throwaway account for obvious reasons. Anyway I've used a toothbrush for anal stimulation plenty of times and its always been perfectly fine, but earlier I thought "what if i used the head instead". It was a really nice feeling there was no pain or anything but after a little while I pulled it out and noticed the water in the shower was red and there was blood on the bristles of the toothbrush. I got out of the shower basically immidiately. I felt nautious and nearly passed out and my ears were ringing but it all went away after about 10 minutes or so. I have really bad anxiety and it was a lot of the symptoms of one of my panic attacks but I'm still really concerned that I've hurt myself. Advice please???

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
