Recently I've started having pain during sex and now my husband says he's feeling something. Should I be concerned?

I don't really know how to start this. I guess a bit of a backstory. Never besides when losing my virginity was sex painful, and even that wasn't horrible. I met my husband and at first sex was normal and amazing. But for the past month or so it's been hurting, bad. It feels like a tearing every time, sometimes I can get past it and then it feels okay, but majority of the time we have to stop. But the past few times he's said he can feel it stretching and squeezing him, and then today he said it felt like a scab. Like rough and at some point something "sharpish" poked him. I'm so confused. I've talked to two of my doctor's, and neither really said anything. I don't have an IUD. Has anyone experienced anything like this? If so, what did it turn out to be and how do I fix it?

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
