I don't enjoy sex with my girlfriend anymore

I'm a 21M and I just don't enjoy sex with my girlfriend anymore. We have been together for about 1.5 years and before the 1 year mark, the sex was great. But somehow after that, it fell flat for me. It seems to me, that I have to do all the work while we're having sex and it's extremely one sided.

I'm someone who enjoys blowjobs very much. My girlfriend used to do them pretty regularly when we were starting out. But nowadays it seems to me that girlfriend only cares about herself. Our usual sex looks like this: I try to get her to mood, usually by a little foreplay at first and then going down on her for a few minutes. Then we have sex, which is usually unsatisfying for me, because I suffer from premature ejaculation, so I'm pretty much ready after 20 seconds if I don't go slow. Only way for me to last longer is to have sex 2 or more times a day at least two days in a row. Right now, once a day is the maximum I can get. After sex I of course finish her off, either with mouth or fingers, which usually takes me more than 10 minutes.

I feel like I'm the only one who puts any effort. I have to do the dirty talk (she told me very clearly that she won't do that), I have to control myself so that I cum as late as it is possible for me (which usually puts out any enjoyment for me anyways) and then I have to give her solo action. It seems really unfair to me.

I tried asking her to go down on me, and she did a few times, but only in the beginning as a foreplay, and wanted me to have penetrative sex again, to which I said I'd like her to finish me like that and she acted dissapointed, because "she wants to have fun too".

Am i selfish?
