Is sexual tension always mutual?

I have a huge crush on this man whos 32, (10 years older than me.) I originally thought it was one sided, but the more I talk to him the more I pick up a sexual or odd vibe from him. Just like with any sexual tension, how any small touch or eye contact is almost electric.

We share a lot of the same interests and laugh at the same stuff. He’s always laughing at my stupid jokes, and occasionally ill see him looking over at my area??? I swear his face is flushed a lot of the time that we are talking too. Sometimes when we have conversations, he looks deeply in my eyes and we will have a strong like 5-10 seconds of eye contact. At this point even looking at him turns me on. I can’t help but think about sexual thoughts when me and him are talking. Do you think hes picking up the same sexual energy or tension???? This has went on for 2-3 months and he hasnt gotten my number or asked to hangout etc. Does he not feel the sexual tension?? Any advice or thoughts?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
