Good positions and techniques for [F] fingering?

I’m working on getting more comfortable with having things inside me so I can one day take my boyfriend all in.

I have a clit vibrator that I absolutely LOVE, only issue is I lay flat on my back to masturbate. I’ve found isn’t really ideal for fingering and typically makes my wrist hurt because I’m bending it down so far (but the fingering itself does feel nice).
