[Confused] Not knowing if I did/didn't cumm

I (F) think I might have problem cumming. Or more like I have a problem knowing if I did cum? If that makes any sense. Ive read all the post and stuff but at some point during sex with my bf I just cant go on. I get light headed, cant feel my limbs and eventually I cant move an inch. And I know that people say you just have to push through or that you have to try and figure it out yourself with masturbation. But the above mentioned light headness and numbness, sometimes tingling, gets so bad that I can't go on. I'm just really confused about all this.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
