Best dating app for nerdy guy?

Online dating seems like my only option for now, and I'm not referring to corona actually, just my life situation for now

Already tried Badoo(bots) and OkCupid(dead + I'm not that handsome and definitely can't take selfies so it doesn't help I guess, interesting that none of like 8 girls I messaged responded)

Why not google it yourself? As I already mentioned in the title, I look for app which to any extent is focused more on nerd-kind of people(looking for a gamer to be honest). I read a lot about how each dating app is good for something else, but no one ever listed what each app is best for. If there are noticeable differences, I'd love to get advice on which app to choose. I only look for LOVE, someone who's on the same page. No hookups or stuff like that

Also, I know a lot of people are like "you should have awesome photos for online dating" and some of you might suggest that I should take care of that first since I mentioned it's not my strong side. Well, if this detail will help you choosing the right app for me(doubt it will)... I myself don't swipe left solely because of one's photo(unless I really dislike someone's appearance, happens) therefore I'd say that my picture is good enough, and if I was to find the "perfect" match she would have to not care about my photo that much anyway, it's also not the worst one out there

Too many words for a simple question? Maybe, but I want to be precise to not end up in a generalized group

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
