My 50 year old wife’s 25 year old girl friend won’t stop hugging and kissing on her, do I have the right to be annoyed?

My 50 year old wife has a 25 year old friend who is like a daughter to us. We never had kids so she is the closest thing to a daughter. She comes over every day because she works for us as a caregiver to someone we take care of. We are like a family. The two of them sometimes wrestle, and sometimes the friend hugs her from behind or kisses her on the forehead for too long and wants to hug her all the time and sometimes touches her butt or boobs, meant as a joke. They do tease and joke around a lot but as a guy seeing me wife and her friend touching each other is odd. My wife doesn’t really like it either and sometimes tells her it’s inappropriate and to not do certain things. I don’t know if maybe she is just attention hungry or just has an odd sense of humor, not sure. She views my wife as a mother or sister and she never really had a mother or sister, I’m not sure I should blame her but it seems a little odd. As for me I’m a 58 year old guy and almost a foot taller than her and she is sometimes affectionate to me by just wrapping her arms around my neck for a hug when I’m sitting but she never kisses me or touches me on the butt or anything. We have known her since she was in elementary school
