Hello I wanted to get advice about a problem I've been having ago lot of years.

Now I just turned 24. I'm umcircuncised. I have no problems to retract my foreskin, maybe it is a little bit tight when I'm erected. The problem is that my glans hurts (extremely sensitive) when I touch it. I always have masturbated myself with my glans covered by my foreskin to avoid touch it.
