How do I (M20) Encourage my Girlfriend (F20) of 1.5 years to get more hobbies

I love my girlfriend shes a great girl with a lot of spirit in her. One of the main things that keeps me happy and driven in life is my work and my hobbies. I have a huge passion for learning and derive a ton of happiness and fun from learning new things. Right now we are both have basically unlimited freetime because of covid (I work a bit but she does not have a job). We are not together, she is with her room mates and since i work i am living with my parents and waiting until things calm down before i see her again. Our conversation has grown quite boring during the day because she is constantly doing nothing. She lays in bed all day long and watches TV or talks to her room mates who also lay in their bed all day long. I want to see her grow passionate about something and learn something new, literally anything. If its a video game or a new hobby or literally anything i just want to see her get joy from something that isn't melting her brain like laying in bed and watching TV. Normally we do a bit of Yoga which she likes but obviously she cant rn but even when the quarantine wasn't going on if she wasn't busy with school she wouldn't have any hobbies. I really would love to find a way to encourage her to learn something or seek happiness because I worry that her lifestyle will be unsatisfying eventually and she could get depressed.

I haven't talked to her about this because i dont want to offend her style of life. I try to lead by example as i am constantly working on my hobbies (I am an artist, as is she) but I don't think it is working. What are some ways I could introduce her to a more productive lifestyle?

TL;DR my gf lays in bed and watches tv all day every day. I want to encourage her to take a passion up and follow it. How do i do it?
