Is it okay to have sex with her?

Ok so I (18M) used to be seeing this girl (18F) for around 5/6 months and we hung out at my house around 6 times. After we hung out a few times I told her that I don’t want anything and we’re too young. After that she said she doesn’t want to see me anymore if I don’t want anything but a week later she asked to come over to my house again. About a month or so after that I told her we will never date. She still wanted to see me. We never had sex, but I fingered her every-time and she gave me head a few times. She was (still is) a virgin and had never done anything before so I had to teach her everything, including how to kiss.

One day she messaged me asking if I had any feelings for her at all and I said no. Then she got really angry and said that I used her. She got really mad at me and then apologised and said she has feelings for me and she had false hope. Then said ‘I still want to have sex though’. (About a month before this conversation happened, she’d been wanting to have sex). I told her it’s not worth the grief.

For a year after that, she continued to beg me to have sex with her. I saw her at a party about 4 months after things ended and she was really drunk and kept asking me why don’t you want to hang out with me. Then she found this girl that was liking my Instagram pictures and kept requesting her account even though the girl had declined her many times so got two other accounts to request her account as well and it made the girl really uncomfortable because she wasn’t from the area and barely had any friends/no mutual friends, so she would’ve only found her account from my account. Which was sus then when I confronted her she made up a lie but then later confessed.

We haven’t been in contact for 5 months now because I had a gf. Except about a month or so ago I saw her at a party and she came up to me and asked me did I really not have feelings when we were together and I said no not really and she kind of got upset so I asked her to stop because she’s making me uncomfortable. My gf and I have broken up now but I want to have sex with this girl now. I messaged her and she still wants to see me / have sex. It’s been 1 year and a half since we’ve done anything too. She’s also still a virgin. But do you reckon it’s all good like she just wants sex or has feelings or something?
