Do I still have a chance?

So ive been having a crush on this girl for months now. She already my friend before I had a crush on her. But because of my efforts she now says Im her best friend. So ive been meaning to finally ask her out but today something really caught me off guard. My friend group we were playing this game of rate a person in the scale of 1 to 10 based on looks. Eventually someone asked her about me and her anwser was: 8.5 because he is not my type of guy but he's my friend. That kinda really hurt me inside. Do I still have a chance to get out of the friendzone? If so were do I go on from now?

TL;DR: My crush rated me an 8.5/10 based on looks. Her reasoning was: "He is not my type of guy but he's my friend"

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
