My Bisexual Girlfriend F18 has a crush on my friend F19 and I M20 am super insecure and awkward

My girlfriend used to come to my hostel when we wanted to make out.One of my friends once help us sneak her in.My girlfriend told me after a week that she finds her very attractive.She said she liked how she takes control of everything. Now,after 6 months,It was her birthday yesterday. my friend wished her on instagram.We were lying on the bed on that time.I saw her reaction when she read her wish. Then I read my girlfriends chats with her friend.She said that she has multiple crushes among girls."I have a crush on my boyfriend's friend,she said" I am super insecure and sad.I just cannot stop thinking about it.We had discussed about her sexuality before.She told me about her sexuality after got into a relationship.It took me a while to come to terms with that.We were fine for months but now that I know that one of her major crushes is my friend. That fear of not being enough has come up all over again. I love her a lot and can not afford to lose her.I do not want to sound too insecure to her by telling her about this.We have joked a few times about she finding mt friend attractive.I do not her to think of me as some insecure psychopath. Please help.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
