A guy has been ignoring me after a great date and I have no idea why???

So, I'm trying to meet some guys(and gals) to see what my options are. I met a guy off tinder and we ended up being each other's meme dealers and being friends. I actually started having a crush on him because he was respectful and did not straight up ask me to hook up. Well, this past sunday, he asked me to go to his place and watch a movie and cuddle Wednesday evening. I got super excited, bragging to my friends ab how cute and respectful he was. Come Wednesday, I got all cute and ready to go. I made it to his place and he took me to Target just to mess with the halloween stuff then we went and got some taco bell to go. We went back to his place, ate and watched a movie. We cuddled then made out. But during this, my roommate(a close friend of mine) was also at a boys house. She hasn't responded or called me back so I got worried and cut the date short(even tho it was like 1AM lol) to open a can of whoop ass on a dude(she was FINE. She fell asleep at his place). The next day, he said good morning with cute emojis and he talked to me a little bit but come the afternoon, he just left me on "read" so, I assumed he was busy so I left him alone then I tried talking to him again a few more times, again, left on "read". I sent one more thing around 5pm because I was eating taco bell for like the 4th night in a row and I thought he'd find it funny, but, at like midnight, he opened it, then left me on open again. He hasn't tried to talk to me at all since then. I'm very confused. My roommate even sent him a meme and he left HER on "read". Was my make out game weak?? Was I too much? I have no idea and I don't want to bother him any further. I'm trying to figure out if it was me or what. Any ideas?? Lmk ♡♡

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
