Just starting dating my current boyfriend and while the sex is some of the best I’ve ever had I have a very hard time orgasming with another person. Any toy recommendations?

Even outside of sex with another person it usually takes me a while to cum and I cannot orgasm without clitoral stimulation. We’ve tried cock rings but they have broken or not stayed on.
