How should i go about taking a girl’s virginity?

I (21 m) just started dating a girl (20 f). She’s never had any sexual experience before. She wanted me to finger her and after that she decided she was ready to have sex. I tried to put it in her but she was just too tight and she said it hurt too much. I do not want to put her through all that pain, but i know she wants to be fucked as much as i want to fuck her. We went at it for almost an hour but i was only able to put the head in without her feeling like shes being split in half. With going slow, how long should it take before i can go all the way in? Is the pain just something she has to endure the first time? I want to do it without hurting her as much as possible.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
