What did you/they say besides the words "Will you marry me?"

Partner and I have been together long enough and had enough conversations to know we're on the same page and want to start a family. The ideal setting for a proposal is coming up in the near future and I have a ring, it just occurred to me that I have no idea what I should say besides "will you marry me" and I'm terribly not creative when I'm staring at a blank canvas, what kinds of things did you or your partner open with, or did they just go zero to sixty and ask straight away?
