So my(27M) GF(27F) have been having sex for nearly 8 years together now. Yet i feel that she wants me to go really slow and hard which like 0.5 thrusts per second slow. Then she cums after about about 4 of these thrusts and I have to hold in position and doesnt want to cum again. Our foreplay consists of me rubbing her with wet fingers and quite a bit of oral from me to her then I get up on top. She sometimes goes on top but she says it can hurt and it is primarily grinding. When I confront her about it she says I make her come too fast if I go thrust quickly yet I dont know how she can cum any quicker than she already is.

Am i doing something wrong here? Is there anything that can help her last longer?
