Is this guy just keeping me around for sex?

I’ve been seeing this guy for a three weeks . We met about 4-5 times. But I don’t feel he’s making enough effort. He’s not planning proper dates or anything.

Last time we met on Tuesday this week and we said will do something on a Saturday night. His friends went out and he was supposed to join and he asked if I’d want to go , I said with pleasure . He said he doesn’t feel like dressing up and drinking or going out in general , BUT , he’s said will do something else together if not to go out , he said he’ll let me know later on what are we doing but I haven’t heard from him untill 9 pm..

So I texted , hey , what’s the plan for tonight it’s almost 9 but I haven’t heard rom you. So he called me right away . He said he had no idea what to do and that he’s on his way home. He said he doesn’t know what to do and he doesn’t feel like going to a restaurant or bar. He got home , faced timed me , we spoke etc. I also told him I’m free the next day and tomorrow so we could do something but he’s doing other things.

I guess he’s not that into me ?

We just met a few weeks ago so maybe I expect too much too soon . He’s in touch all the time tho . Calls and texts . Says he misses me . But why he’s not seeing me then.

I have I offered to go to a movie To go out To take a day trip How many times I can suggest … He says will do this and that but doesn’t really do it.
