Is there something I can take to kill/slow my sex drive? (Male)

This is going to sound crazy I'm a male looking for a way to kill my sex drive. Is it possible to take something like a medication to stop this or would I have to commit to a surgery? I dont like sex or being attracted to women anymore it just makes me feel guilty. Nowadays whether it be the internet or real life, around every corner there is a woman talking about how much men suck. Things some have said include "I hate all men", "I wish I wasn't attracted to men" and after hearing so many of these similar claims I just dont think the same anymore. There are so many stories of shitty men sexually harassing, catcalling, and being sexist towards women. Makes me uncomfortable that I'm even attracted to women as if there is nothing good about men. The idea of sex seems so degrading to me now. I have turned all of this hate and put part of it into myself Is there any methods that will kill/stop sex drive and attraction? Or atleast maybe something that will tremendously slow it down?

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
