Can you get e. coli from yourself?

please don't judge me I made a terrible mistake and it's so gross immediately after posting this I am going to go become a celibate monk somewhere

so what happened is I was going at my vagina (ftm, jsyk) with a dildo and I switched to my mouth because haha whatever people do this all the time right but ughhhh I felt a couple of particles of something and I spit them out and it was pretty evident that it was from my ass but I swallowed a few times after they were out and before I figured out what they were. I washed my hands and I brushed my teeth and I used mouthwash like thrice and I don't think I'll ever eat food again but I have no idea what to do and I'm kind of panicking. I can't tell anyone about this especially not a doctor and I just urrhhhghhh. it's probably too late for anyone to do anything anyways but I just have no idea how worried I should be and I was curious if anyone had this happen to them before :(

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
