I can't orgasm during sex without a vibrator

So I've always been "difficult" to get off. My boyfriend and I have been using the vibrator on me while we have sex for me to get off. Don't even get me started on vaginal/penetrative orgasms... never had one and don't know how to. I'm more concerned about clitoral orgasms. I can get myself off with my hand but usually I need porn and it takes 15 minutes. And it's really hard to get me to orgasm with oral alone. The times it's happened it's taken at least 30-45 minutes and sometimes doesn't even happen after that amount of time. I'd like to be able to get off with my boyfriend during sex without a vibrator or at least get myself to cum quicker with oral. I'm not sure how. Any suggestions?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
