Not sure if girlfriend is pregnant, did not have sex

2 weeks ago my(26) gf(22) of 6 months and I were in bed together and she made me orgasm. We didn't have sex but she said that she sat on my leg where some of the residue was. So may or may not that some went inside her.

She was on the last day of her period at the time so was not wearing the patch.

Since then she's been feeling nauseous and sick every morning, feeling happy then sad and also back pain now and then. She has her appetite back but she can't so exercise without getting tired or hungry.

There is a chance that she is, but could this be another illness? Also will we be able to terminate this from going any further because neither of us are ready for this.

TL;DR GF may be pregnant but we didn't have sex. Any other related illnesses?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
