Should (and if so, how do) I ask her out

I'll try and keep this brief, I (F21) like this girl (20) I know. She is housemates with one of my friends. He has confirmed for me that she's also into girls. She's told him that she would sleep with me. We text daily. She even left her house while ill the other night because she wanted to meet me after a night out with my friends, she then invited me to stay over since I live just out of town. I met one of her friends when we all went out for drinks and her friend said that she hasn't stopped talking about me and saying lovely things. I asked her if she wants to grab a drink on the weekend and she said yes and she's looking forward to it. I'm kind of afraid she might see it as just a friend thing though. I haven't dated a girl since I was 16 and I don't really count it as a proper relationship. I'm so bad at talking to and asking out girls so I need help.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
