Does not being able to get erect mean I might not be bisexual?[M22]

Back in October I started experimenting with guys since I had been curious for a long time. I liked it so I kept doing it and I've been with quite a few guys at this point. The problem is that during sex I almost always struggle with getting and maintaining an erection which has been a bit annoying. I looked up causes for erectile dysfunction online and since I'm not of high age, don't smoke, don't take any medicine and I'm not fat but it does say it could be a mental problem.

I've never had penetrative sex with girls so I have a hard time saying if its's specific to guys or not but should I be worried that I'm only fooling myself about being bi?
