I'm 22 and have mild phimosis, sex isn't that enjoyable

So as the title says I have mild phimosis. I can retract all the way down when soft (tho I haven't been all the way down cause I'm scared it'll get stuck) but I can't retract fully when hard (it can go halfway down when hard) I use condom with GF but I'm always worried that it'll retract fully and cause damage or worse. So I've been thinking about circumsision. Is it worth it? Guys who have been cut as an adult, was sex much better than before ??

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
