Do I reach out, or leave him alone?

I was seeing someone for a little while, all was going really well. He told me he was serious about me and wanted the relationship to last, with no prompting from me. Then he bailed on me last minute one weekend when we had plans and I got upset and told him so (in a nice way, but still I was probably out of order). He hasn't spoken to me since, and it's been 4 days now. He deleted tinder when we were dating but I went back on yesterday (for validation I guess) and his brand new profile pops up. New photos, no bio.

Do I reach out? Apologise? Ask what went wrong, and whether we'll see each other again? I genuinely thought it was going somewhere, and it concerns me that maybe we're both playing the hard game at the minute and not knowing where we stand, but then there's the possibility he's just ghosted me! We're both in our late 20s, so I wouldn't really expect the latter at this age, especially after everything he said about wanting to be with me for a long time, but who knows.

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
