Ran into a guy I went on a few dates with and realized I still have feelings for him..

The first person [27 M] I [24 F] almost dated after getting out of a serious relationship suddenly decided to not hang out a few weeks back. He had our fifth date planned, then he postponed. We both got busy and never ended up rescheduling it, and a week later I asked if we could just hang out. He said he was having a rough week so not that week. I told him I hoped his week got better and to let me know if he ever wanted to hang out again. He replied with, “I’ll let ya know,” to which I didn’t respond because that was definitely a sign he wanted to stop talking. It’s been over two weeks since that.

Fast forward to today. I am helping out with a video for work. We end up going to his business to film, and we are on camera together. He then strikes up a conversation after filming and acts like nothing had ever happened.

Him ending things over text certainly frustrated me, but I have been trying to move on. We weren’t actually dating, ya know? Then tonight I realized that I still have feelings for him.

What should I do? I want to text him so badly, but I don’t want to seem crazy. But at the same time he came up to me off camera and talked with me. Ugh, I hate this.

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
