M [22] asking out a female graduate student?

I'm a 22-year-old senior undergraduate in mathematics. There is this really cute first-year graduate student and I want to ask her out. Would I be violating any professional codes by asking her out to coffee, and is it weird if I just straight up asked her out to coffee? I have spoken to her a few times, never had a class with her as a TA.
