Weird pain after sex?

So, me and my bf had sex a view days ago, hes average size, but for some reason he went deep like usual and I had immediate pain. My first thought was bruised cervix, but it's still a little painful when I twist around, and it's been almost a week? Is this normal? I'm going to schedule a gyno appointment
