How to transition from work friends to something more

Hello people!

I'm 19 y/o male. For summer break I'm working as a lifeguard at a water park. I really like one of my supervisors, shes funny, cute, and smart. However, we only ever talk about work. Sure, we make jokes etc, but it never delves into our personal lives. I thought the best time to get to know her would be during lunch, but everyone has lunch at different times because of position rotations. I have only been working there for a week, and I have the entire summer to get to know her.

I have a feeling if we continue to get along we will naturally start to talk more about our personal lives. Also, she is technically one of my supervisors, but shes only a year older and their isn't that feeling of her being my boss.

Tips are appreciated!

Thanks!
