My BF tells me I cant be naked at home because it keeps turning him on

So basically at home im usualy just naked or in my underwear. My bf whos been living with me for 4 weeks now told me that he's always in a state of arousal when im at home because i rarely wear any clothes.

I can tell that hes telling the truth cuz he usualy has a boner. He's telling me that it hurts from being hard most of the day. I think he's been masturbating in the toilet when he gets too aroused to kill the urge to have sex. No i dont deprive him from sex. We have it whenever we both feel like it. On an average of once every 2 days.

Im not purposely doing this. Im just comfortable in my own home and comfortable in my own skin without any clothes on.

It has come to the point where he's telling me that he's too uncomfortable at home because he cant get any rest mentally.

Any advice for this? Has anyone gone through the same thing or anything similar to this?
