What to do about a Maybe

So I (25M) work with this girl (22F) and I really like her. We have been texting each other all the time and have gone out for food several times. She is really busy between school, work, and an internship. On top of this she is moving away (about 4 hours) in just over a month.

We tried to schedule a date several times but the timing never worked out. So I asked her yesterday, do you want to go on real date with me sometime, someplace in the future. Her response was maybe, that she is super busy, and that she is glad we had this talk.

What complicates this further, is my other coworkers have seen us flirting. So two different coworkers have asked her how she felt about me and she told them she really likes me. I trust both of these coworkers and feel somewhat bad that they told me something that she told them in confidence, but it is not like ask them to tell me. So between that and the connection we have when we talk, I think she actually likes me.

So I guess my question is what should I do now? I made sure to give her some place, it was kind of awkward at first but things have kind of returned to normal. I don’t want to push her, but in someways no answer then she moves is 100 times worse than a no. It’s the slow bleed vs the shot to the heart. Yah it could get a lot better, but it also could be long and agonizing.
