I think we all already know this?

But who's "we"? There are new people discovering their sexual orientation every day, and asexuality is still not very mainstream, so a lot of baby aces' first introduction to asexuality will be through forums like this one.

I think we should be able to find a balance between giving everyone a safe space to share their personal experiences and making sure people who've just discovered asexuality don't come away with the wrong idea about what it even is.
