is leaving someone on delivered on snap a blow off?

I (20f) have this crush on my coworker (25m) that just kinda started recently. He was always the one to initiate our friendship, make plans with me, and ask me for my snap and all that before this. I just started working there a couple months ago so I'm not expressing romantic interest in case of making things awkward. But, I don't know how to tell if he's interested in more. We snap chat throughout the day and he keeps the convo going but sometimes he'll take a couple hours to respond to me and I'll see that he's been active and snap chatting a bunch of other ppl before. I also try to take some time to respond but not usually as much as he does. Am I reading into things?
