am i missing out

Sorry everyone very embarassing, real life 40yr old virgin here. Due to low self esteem/confidence i have a tough time considering women would ever be interested me in a sexual way (god knows where this comes from, must be from my adoloscent years maybe) Thank god for Pornhub eh! haha. Was just wondering if anyone can advise me how much im really missing out on?, i hear a lot that porn is not real life so im guessing all the naughty stuff like bjs and doggystyle i watch are just fantasy and just in porn? although alot of friends say they get this on the regular I wonder whether they are just bragging, or maybe I just think its too good to be true!

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
