Am I being used?

I (F17) started forming a relationship with a guy (F17) when I went over to a friends house and we ended up cuddling there, my head on his chest and his arm around me, and occasionally he held my hand and brushed the top of it. He’s an amazing guy that I’ve known for a long time and I’m surprised we kinda got to where we are since I just never thought about him besides seeing him as my bffs friend. However, since that night whenever we’re in a social setting, he acts platonically towards me unless it’s nighttime and we’re watching a movie again, then he’ll cuddle with me. I’m fine with it since I’m a little confused on where we stand and don’t mind taking my time to figure it out. However, I know he had a crush on my bff a month ago before she met her current boyfriend and he seems to look and talk with her a lot of the time we hang out. My bestie also seems hesitant and yet fully supportive of me seeing where things go, but also less so than she usually is (which may be because he’s such a cool guy that if it goes wrong then it messes up the friend group). I think it is total jealousy, but he tends to answer her texts faster too and leaves me hanging longer.

The difference between being right and being understood

My (27f) gf (27f) is getting tired of me not sharing intimate/ personal info about me

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
