I'm suddenly able to jizz without a refractory period?

My (28) wife (27) and I have been going through a little bit of a dry spell. Our relationship was still great, but our lives were so busy and stressful between our careers and school.

I believe our dry spell broke the day before yesterday. We had sex that morning and then we went another round later that night. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.
