Is he starting to orbit me after hanging out?

This guy I’ve been talking to for the last month has been communicating with me pretty consistently except he texts me super dry and boring! Never asks me questions about myself. He’s different in person, I met him in person for the first time a couple days ago and spent the night with him (no sex) just made out and stuff. We had insane chemistry and had a really good time together. I wasn’t hearing from him so I texted him and we had yet another painfully boring text convo before told him I had a good time with him and he said “I did too :-)” now it’s been three days and he hasn’t asked to hangout again or anything and he’s active on ig LITERALLY ALL DAY LONG watching my stories and everything. He doesn’t have a job so we could literally hang out whenever or at least make plans but he prefers to invite me over last minute instead of making plans. I also saw he commented on a girls picture and said “hot” the same day before he invited me too his house 🤮 do you think he’s not interested in me?? He seemed like he was super super into me when I was with him in person. We seriously hit it off it felt like. I could feel the connection

I’ve always been extremely private and introverted. My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse. She had just gotten out of an engagement with a verbally and physically abusive man who had a cocaine problem. We have been together about 8 months now.
