Need advice on how to (playfully and sexily) “punish” my wife tonight

We have talked a lot about how to spice up our sex life. She is quite conservative and has been very shy (maybe even hesitant) up until recently. This morning she shocked me, in a great way. She forgot my car keys from when I leant her my car on the weekend. I told her not to worry about it, as she was upset. Then she said “you can punish me later”. I was over the moon! BUT, then I realized I don’t know what to do or how to play it. I don’t want to go too kinky too fast, but I want to do something more heightened than our regular, go-to, fairly vanilla ... Any ideas or advice? Much appreciated!
