Bf [25m] 'secretly' watches porn while having sex with me [22f]

He'll angle/position me a certain way so he can watch porn on his phone without me seeing him do it. He thinks he's being sneaky or whatever but I don't think he realises it becomes pretty obvious when he speeds up/slows down (even just stops at times) whenever he sees fit with the video, that he's only touching me with one hand (so he can hold his phone), or just is seemingly removed from having sex with me in the moment. I'm pretty sure he also tries to match his strokes to whatever is going on in the video too. It's starting to make me feel like he's having sex with himself.

This has been going on for a while now. When I first started noticing, I confronted him about it a few times, and each time he just denied it and got upset at me. I've tried to just involve it in the sex but I guess he'd just rather prefer it to be something he's doing by himself?

How do I bring this up without it feeling like I'm attacking him, or him feeling like he needs to defend himself?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
