Can using my own spit as anal lubricant cause problems?

Some time ago, i (M18) used my own spit as anal lubricant for masturbation. i remember it working fine, although not "optimal". I did it a couple of times but didnt really care too much about it afterwards. This might have been 2-3 months ago. Since then, ive felt this very slight pain, or best described as a discomfort after i poop, sometimes even after i pee. After i poop it feels uncomfortable to sit too.

It doesnt even hurt, and its hard to describe. I dont think i ever let my bumhole get dry while i did it, so i dont THINK i caused any cuts or anything like that, however it might be possible, i dont know. At this point, ive gotten used to it, although i know its not normal, so i definately want to see if it is "fixable"

Also, if i were to go to the doctor about this, how in gods name would i? its incredibly embarrasing and i dont want my parents to find out about it. Do the doctors register it somehow? My parents are extremely religious and would fucking kill me if they found out.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
