How to learn about sex and people with communities who teach to train.

This is like a very very basic or innocent question to the people out there. Usually to satisfy your partner practicing and watching porn helps achieve the pleasures. But are there any communities who does teach the practice to unpack the pleasures of a human body ? I feel like watching porn and practicing self pleasures are not worthy because at some point a partner or partnership do help discover the intimacy.

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
