I feel kind of guilty for being so horny

Early 20s dude here, I think about sex and vaginas pretty much every 2 minutes. Insatiable, I just want to have sex with half of the girls I see. Jerk off 4 to 5 times a day. I know it's normal to a certain extent, but I can't help feeling guilty-ish because my horniness might cloud how I see women. I feel like I'm always on the lookout for sex, whenever I see a decent-looking women that's what I automatically think of. But that doesn't define her existence, you know? Feel a kind of inner conflict because my horny animalistic side drives me to see women through the lens of my own sexual gratification, but my rational side knows they are way more than that. Am I feeling guilty for no reason?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
