Huge drop in libido (25F) and no idea why

I've been exercising more, eating well, and sleeping well. I'm excited about my work.

The changes I've made (unfortunately at the same time so hard to disentangle):

  1. become a morning person (waking up instead of at 10 or 11, at 6 or 7).
  2. get a hormonal IUD.

It's not just libido / the appeal of sex -- it's the actual feeling of sex when I have it that feels worse too. I used to be extremely horny, and now not. I've read about cortisol levels being higher for morning risers, and that IUDs have impacted some women's libido's but not nearly as much as BC. Anyways, thoughts? I feel alone in all of this and want it back, at least the feeling if not the frequency of the drive.
