Pain two days after sex

The pain started yesterday and I had sex Friday night, it was a one night stand and I’ve had burning pain ever since. Not when I pee it’s on the vagina. He used a condom but one time his penis touched the outside of my vulva. I wasn’t that into it so I wasn’t that lubricated. Could it be an STI? Do they manifest that quickly? I’ve had this pain before but it was because of the friction and caused a yeast infection but I’m scared it might be and STI. I don’t have any physical symptoms. But is it normal to have symptoms so fast? Why does it hurt inside if I used a condom? Could i get infected just by touching the outside a little bit?

My (23M) girlfriend (25F) relationship is confusing to me. I might be the problem, or maybe we are just incompatible.

I met my girlfriend after a few serious breakups that led me to change both intentionally and unintentionally over a few years. For better and for worse.
