How do I (F25) exlplain to my boyfriend (M28) that its not his fault I can't orgasm?

I've never been able to orgasm, either on my own or with a partner. I know it's happened one time and it was waking up from a dream and all I remember is the sensation but not how I got there. My boyfriend has tried just about everything at this point and I've definitely feel like I've gotten close a time or two but when it doesn't happen, he sees it as him being a failure. This makes me feel awful because I know it's not his fault but he doesn't believe me. He thinks I'll never be satisfied if I can't orgasm but honestly, the sex is incredible with him, best I've ever had both physically and emotionally. I just don't want him to feel this way... I feel bad because there's something wrong with me and I don't know what it is or how to fix it.
