Gender, sexual, romantic minority. Basically covers everyone that isn't cis, heterosexual, and heteroromantic. As more letters get added on to lgbtq+, it gets a bit unwieldy to mention all of them. lgbtqiaa2spp+ doesn't roll off the tongue easily.
